Why it stays with you
333 meters tall, and a Tokyo landmark for as long as it has stood. It's as much something to be looked at as a place to look from: lit up at night, the tower itself is part of the Tokyo view. The Main Deck (150m) is ¥1,500 for adults; the Top Deck Tour (150m & 250m) above it is ¥3,300 for adults. The Main Deck is open 9:00 to 23:00 (last entry 22:30), late into the night, so the best use of your time is to go up in the late afternoon and watch the view in daylight and then with the lights on, one after the other.
